SEC Charges Two Brothers Over Alleged $60 Million Crypto Ponzi Scheme

In line with the SEC, the brothers misled buyers with guarantees of 13.5% month-to-month returns between January 2023 and June 2024 via a cryptocurrency buying and selling “bot”  they claimed may establish worthwhile arbitrage alternatives.

The SEC accuses the Adam brothers of defrauding buyers by claiming that their funds could be positioned in a lending pool to fund “flash loans” via good contracts to execute the trades.
